What it is: This feature allows dealers to push incoming text messages and phone calls directly into their CRM (Customer Relations Manager software).  This has been a request for many years from dealers!
What it means for dealers: They no longer have to pay a service to accept and process incoming text messages from shoppers.  They will get a notification sent into their CRM from texts and phone calls which allows them to follow a more thorough sales process with all leads in the CRM.
Where it will be seen/used: Dealers will be able to realize the full benefit of KSL's lead output, bringing their awareness of what leads we provide them to the highest possible level.
